Reasons for joining rotary: Service, Fellowship and Networking. Important to remember that membership will Define the future of the club and also Define New Ideas which are important to club growth. Five strategies for increasing membership:

1. Membership must be a strategic objective and high priority. It shoulld be a multi year process; 2. Hold a membership event which focuses on membership..monthly Happy Hour is one suggestion ; 3. Be proactive with new members..mentorship program; engagement program..get new members involved from the beginning. Try to align their interests with club committees/events/service; 4. Have a proactive Public Relations Campaign; 5. Establish multiple meeting times.
