President Rob presented a check from the Hatboro Rotary to the Hatboro YMCA for their Annual Campaign. Tracy McDonald gave a personal account of how the Y assisted her family after the death of her husband. With two boys ages 11 and 8, it was important that they continue to have an outlet both physically and emotionally and to continue doing things that they did as a family before their father's death. Tracy received much needed help and support from her Y family. The YMCA does provide financial assistance to families and individuals who might be in need of some help. The Annual Campaign plays a critical role in helping the Y fulfill its mission. It is surprising how many people do not know the Y is a charity. Each year, they provide Financial Assistance to1-in-4 people at their branches. This year's campaign raised over $6,000,000.
