Thanks to Marty Palmer for saving the day when our speaker was unable to attend. Marty's Mom (deceased) was a Librarian and his Dad a Guidance counselor at Cheltenham. His Dad was a huge baseball fan and player (in fact he owns to world series rings, one Yankees, one boston Red Sox). Marty has 2 brothers and also two children, his son graduated a couple of years ago and his daughter is a senior this year. He also has 2 cats and a dog! He has lived in Hatboro for 50 years and enjoys giving back and being involved in the community. Marty served 4 years on the borough council is very involved in activities such as summer nights; thanksgiving parade; and other Hatboro events.He is a runner and belongs to a local running club.
